How is the programme delivered?The 1:1 coaching sessions will be held via Zoom at a mutaull convenient date and time. You will be sent a link to schedule your session each week. Messaging and voice support is delivered through Voxer, a free app that is available for both android and iOS.

How does coaching work?As a coach and mentor, I am here to help you find the answers to your problems. Most of the information we need is already buried down inside of our subconcious. I will use a series of tools and techniques to help you uncover your mindset blocks, find your inner confidence, and empower you to start stepping outside of your comfort zone. Coaching is about the here and now, rather than going and digging up the past. A coach helps you find your own way from A-B. As a business mentor I will also compliement my coaching with helpful tips and advice that you can implement into your own life and business to help you become the incredible entrepreneur you want to be!

When does the programme start?I have a limited number of spaces available each month to work with amazing women like you. The programme will usually start within two weeks of you signing up by kicking off with a 90 minute deep dive coaching session followed by 11 further 60 minute sessions over the 4 months.

Do you offer payment plans?Yes! I like to make my coaching and mentoring programmes as accessible as possible. I offer a couple of payment plan options, if you would like more details then please reach out to me directly by booking a free call to discuss, or you can email me me at hello@jennalouisecoaching.co.uk.

How will you hold me accountable? Will you be telling me what to do?One of the most important parts of coaching is accountabilty. This means that I will be helping you set your goals and action steps and I will follow up to see that you have completed them, in a very positive and encouraging way. I am not here to force you to do anything. You have to put in the commitment and show up if you want to see results!

What happens if I can't make a session?No problem, you will receive email reminders ahead of your sessions. It is down to you to manage your time and make sure that you are available to attend. There is a link available in the email to reschedule should you need to. I just ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice. If you miss more than one weekly session then this will be lost and we will continue with the programme as scheduled.
